WHY CHOOSE HI-NET?
THE BIGGEST REASON.....EXPERIENCE.
Our inspectors have performed over 70,000 inspections in total over the last 3+ decades.
When considering hiring a home inspector ask them how much experience they have as a home inspector. Do you want to hire someone that has been in the field only a few years and has not done many inspections. Do you want to hire someone who just sent money to a website to get a "certificate" that claims they are a "master" inspector? Or would you prefer to hire someone that has been in the field for a long time and performed 1000's of inspections. Just like any industry EXPERIENCE MATTERS. For example would you want to hire a Doctor/Surgeon fresh out of medical school or the surgeon that has done thousands of surgeries?
In the Home Inspection industry Experience does matter.
Choosing the right home inspector can be almost as important as choosing the right house. Why? Because many homes, even new ones, have defects that you may not notice. A skilled, licensed home inspection professional, however, has the training and experience needed to look for visual signs of defects in your home. These defects, if not detected and repaired prior to closing, can cost you, the new homeowner, thousands of dollars in repair bills.
In our opinion, you owe it to yourself and your family to hire the best inspection service you can find. We have developed our service with you in mind, and we honestly believe that we are the best in the area. We will not knowingly fail to report our opinion on the significant facts or the physical condition of any property we inspect, nor will we exaggerate issues that are trivial, cosmetic or routine maintenance. Our inspectors are trained to be educators.

Most home inspection companies will setup radon tests and take water samples on the day of the home inspection and make you go back, pick up samples or mail or deliver them yourself. This practice can cause delays ranging from several days to a week or more. WE WORK DIFFERENTLY - Ask our office staff how we have improved that practice and do it at no additional charge to our customers. Many times our improved process has allowed our customers to get results the same day as the inspection or the following day. Ask the other company who they make pickup the test and what is the extra charge if they do. You will find we are more convenient for all parties involved.

Why don't we charge for this as part of an inspection? Well its simple, all inspectors, even other companies, do this as part of their inspections. If the other company sees bug damage or live wood destroying insects are they not going to tell you because you did not pay them $50-$75+ extra? Of course they are going to tell you. So you are basically paying them the extra money to fill out a simple form that takes about 1 min. So why charge? We don't, and our inspectors have the valid license to fill out the forms for government loans. Not all other companies have this.
